Poor customer services

Hi,

My complaint is regarding to poor services of Hindustan lever Product pure it. I bought a pure it on 24 aug from markter. When i fill it water it get leaked. After that i complaint on customer care no 18601801000. They raised compaint regarding same on 25th aug. Till the time being no one came at my home for this pure it repair. I have raised compaint more than two time. No one trying to help me out. This is great example of poor services which provide by this big company. Please help me out Complaint nos are c113671488 and c113682434
