NO RESPONSE FOR THE GKB ORDERED TILL DATE

My name is Mrs Reena Singh, I had ordered GKB Kit of pureit in customer care ON 30TH May and tilldate NOBODY EVER bothered to call also. I then found one Distrubutor- Aqua Technologies, Janakpuri, and the person who sits answers the phone has been commiting to send it for thee last 4 DAYS and NOBODY has evner turned up.

I really REGRET Buying this filter if this is the kind eof RESPONSE from Customer care as well as their DEALERS. IT IS PATHETIC.

Can someone thru this forumhelp me out? If there is still any Civic Manners left in this type of Companies operating?
