Change of battery

Dear sir, I Santosh Bhardwaj, had bought pure it 2 years back. (customer id 1928140655) We got the battery changed last year. It was working well. But this year when we got the battery changed it is not working. We get impure water even after paying Rs 580.We have complained many times on these numbers (8130830074, 9015547705 9871987905) but nobody bothers to come and check it. They just give false assurance. Hope u will pay attention and do the needful.
