Battery kit not replaced free of cost

I have purchaged PUREIT water filter on 14th July. I have only three family members including a four year old child. According to family members battery kit should have been lasting for at least six month but after one and half month later battery kit has gone to completly red. After my complaining service engg. checked and accept for battery kit was defected and advice me to complain again for replacing battery kit free of cost. Thereafter my dozzen reminders every times said to me "your battery kit will be changed. This is in pocess. You will be wait." But after six month lapsing My complain has not attended and after complaining Message has been sent your complain has been attended. Recently in Jan I have purchaged a battery kit to paying Rs 365.

I want to know that when my battery kit will be replaced free of cost.
