Smelly water with some greenish substance on products surface

Myself vinod kumar sabu owning a pure it from last three years. i am really upset and dissatisfied with your service. I am regularly complaining about the product i am really not satisfied with the service and the contaminated water on top of it even some greenish part is visibly seen at the bottom of the product. I want to know how come you guys claim for a crore safety challenge where as my pure it is giving highly unsafe water. I want you to take immediate action on my complain. even i am willing to claim for the crore safety challenge. Kindly take this into action.
