Dear Sir,
This is complaint related to bad services as well as false commitment by Pure it customer care. As I had booked my pure it battery kit on 18 March till then I had called at least 6-7 times on their customer care nos. i.e. 18601801000 & 9223200200 & every time they make a new complaint & give assurance that battery kit will be delivered till evening everyday and problem will be resolved within 72 hrs. Even they are not taking any action against their executives. This is second time I am facing this problem with PURE IT people.
I request you to kindly guide me what to do & request you to kindly take an action against Hindustan Unilever if possible
