Purifying battery not replaced

Sir,

on 2006 I purchased one PUREIT water filter. One water filtering battery fitted

inside the product must be replaced after 1500 litre of water. The company also

promised lifetime supply. When I placed order to replace the battery on 24-04

over phone No.18601801000 the attender promised to deliver but not done so far.

Water is essential, that too in hot season, how long can wait for that. please do something
