AC service

I brough the split AC of Hitachi company on january 11. company said that 3 free service will provide in one year. but no one came from service centre for free service. i raised the complaint on toll free call number. and we got the request number thru SMS for this compalint. requestr number is 11062700610.

this request number i got in 27th june 11. now today is 10th September11. and no one came from Company. This is totally poor service from Hitachi company. So Now request to the Hitachi company to give me back my AC product amonunt and take their AC. I not want this product now due to very poor service of Hitachi company.
