We have purchased 14 pcs of split AC of 1.5 ton class logicool and also 4 pcs of 3 tons micro cool cassette AC.

During installation of these ACs your Varanasi service center M/S urban marketing, mahmoorganj, varanasi (incharge Mr K.P.Singh bearing mobile no.07309035630) is badly harassing us since last 1 year and never completing the installation work despite repeated his failure promises. we are very anoid with his such behaviour

. we have paid Rs.22500/- advance till today for his partial work. kindly look into the matter immediatly and give him instructions to complete the work immediately without any further delay so that our trust on your good company will become continue in future.
