Ineffecient Laptop with multi problems

I purchased a Dell Laptop from a dealer whose companies name has been mentioned above, concerned person Chirag Mehta, I purchased it on 9th Jan I got the piece where the CD's were broken but Chirag said, it should not matter n convinced me to take the product guaranting the genuinity of the product, but the 1st day itself, I started facing problems, keys not working, fonts changing automatically, system would go off all of a sudden, while shutting down the system would not go off, shock effects frm the base of the laptop, laptop would not get charged n several other problems. After taking my laptop several times to check, he agreed that the product has defects n he promised to replace the piece but in vain he was the most inefficient dealer i have ever met, I have purchased more then 4 desktop n 1 HP laptop frm other dealers but never faced such a problem, till now, he is not bothered to do anything about my problem. I request you to kindly look into the case n give me a favourable reply n please do not appoint such agents who can spoil your name in the market. Awaiting your reply at the earliest.
