Frequently asking for verification documents

This is to inform that I am an existing customer of Idea cellular Service, Ahmadabad and having your post paid connection since 3 years. I have been getting calls and sms from idea saying that “you have to submit verification documents to the idea office or your services will be barred”. Now this is really sad to inform that I have submitted verification documents many times in Idea office of my area. I don't understand that why is in there need to verify such an account so many times whereas I am having post paid connection? This is happened almost 3rd time in six months. The question arises that if I have already given documents then why company needs it again and again? And where is my prior documents which I have given prior? I am ready to submit documents again but I want my documents back which I have submitted before to the company. I can well understand formalities of company but if company don't have trust on the customers then why customers should have trust on company too. Please reply what should I do?
