No replacement of damaged product rec

Dear sir

i hv ordered for floral vine storage set vide order no 902425153 in mid feb 11 and the same was delivered in broken condition,

complaint longed on same day with follow up but of no use, their sup mr alok on 22feb11 at 1330hrs assured collection and replacement

by their tnt rep. nothing happened. such customercare from a reputed company like yours has compelled me to take up with consumer court

if expected replacement of broken product not made within one weak so as to realise them that flase promises are not made to the consumer.
