Selling of worlds worst product

Had purchased a v1546 mobile from homeshop 18 in october. after two days i got some problem inthe mobile regarding the defect and the defect was "NO INCOMING TO THE MOBILE". then i went to the service center for its repairing.they took my mobile and told me that they will send it to the head office delhi for 15 days.

but iam very unhappy to told u that till now after two months i dont get that mobile neither form the service center nor from head office delhi.i had phoned thm many tyms bt they are avoiding my phones.

so i conclude that both videocon mobile and home shop 18 are providing fake and wrost service and product.
