Failure to delive

I spent over Rs. 3.5 Lakhs for a Sleek kitchen from @Home Store in Inshaniya Mall in Pune. The company failed to deliver what I had asked. Installation was delayed, parts were missing, and kitchen cabinets was not installed correctly. Communication is non existant. Do not buy anything from Home unless they provide evry thing in writing. They advertise for reward coupons in their store, but conventinetly they excuse themselves from awarding these coupons t0o consumers who purchase products that are sold by their in-house franchisees. Even @ Home intertanl staff have informed their management of identical problems they have experienced in the past but @Home has not done anything about it. I have been short changed by almost Rs.5, 000 or more of reard coupons. I was fortunate that I did not buy all my applicances through them or else I woudl have been in major problems.

Consumers should ensure that all purchases from @home needs to be cosigned by a manager or above individual at any stores. They cannot be trusted.

Do not trust their warranties, the implied warranties go into effect from the time you order and not from when you have a satisfactory installed kitchen..

Sleek Kitchen installers cannot be trusted with your house as they are not cautious in how they bring cabinest in your apartment. They can damage your entry doors. They caused me big ddamage to my entry door, which requires me to replace teh door Jamb.
