Fitting Not done properly

Hello,

I haev purchased a few furniture from Hometown and lodged a compalint to Mr. pushpendra who is taking care of the fitting deptt as the fitting of the almirah which i purchase worth rs 40000 is not done properly, no key are handed over to me but I didn't get any response till date since moer than a month. Please help me out
