MODULER KITCHEN NOT CONFIGURED

I gave responsibility to set up my home moduler kichen to hometown located in Newtown. I paid entire amout in advance. First of all they despatched items late. I was told that they would complete entire work within 3 days of despatch. They said that vendor did not provide handles, glasses etc. After 15 days of despatch they made glasses ready. Now 25 days are passed and still handles are not ready. I called them N number of times. Everytime they said that they would come and do it. I am frustrated and forced to write here. Please be aware of hometown folks. I will request people to think before giving any contract to hometown people. Those guys promise a lot but at the end you will get nothing. They will not deliver in time.
