Ajrang motors haldwani is not repairing my honda shine

I gave my honda shine to repair on feb 20 after accident, to BALA JI Motors haldwani, Nanital, (U.K) but dealer is making me fool from 2 months & refusing to repairing my bike & saying, thayt the companyis not suplling spare parts. So i am suffering the problem. If the dealer does ot solv my problem i shallbbe enforce to refuge to consumer cort. my bike's damage parts are mud -guard, handle&s.m & TR etc .please do it fast.
