Wrong details in sell lette

Es. Sir,

I was brought honda shine in oct in documentation they given wrong details in RTO about chassis no.

I was many times remind them but they did'nt taken action about it.now they told me we are trying to make new sell letter after that u have to pay in RTO for new RC.

I want to say that its all mistak happen by their negligency than why they told me u have to pay.
