Worst Experience with honda bike

Hello, I purchased Honda Stunner 125 three months back from Race Honda and taken two service from the same. My bike odometer reading around 2800km and it is full with diseases, it hard to believe reputed company like Honda is giving such inferior product in market.

Vehicle problems details:-1.Vibrate badly above sixty speed and crank noise comes too badly from the vehicle, 2.Engine Overheating problem, it is hard to put the foot on foot rest after completion 10-12 km or less in case of congested areas.3. Engine oil leakage problem from magneto bolt side 4.Throttle cable not working properly due to which RPM get Stuck above 2000 RPM does not retain.

I am the type of customer who can 4/Rs in demand of 2R/s but cannot tolerate such type of problem in my vehicle. So I need a clarification from the company side why they given to me inferior quality product in exchange of 6RS cash payment.

Also I need permanent solution of the registered complaint otherwise I ill legal action against the company.
