Very poor service

Your service is very poor. i have first complaint on 7/8/10.2 complaint is on 19/8/10- c no.-83410004.3 complain is on 24/8 /10 to mr.aman. 4 complain is on 27/8/10 to mrs.alka. 5 complaint is on 3/9/10 to mr.kapil jaiswal.then we complain on 7/9, 10/9, 14/9, 16/9.all your members told us that your problem will be solved in 1-2 days and there is no reply from 39 days. is this is your service? can this company get stable in market by this kind of service. if we did not get reply in 48 hrs. then we take a action against you and go to consumer court.
