RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY HP PETROL PUMP EMPLOYE

I visited a HP petrol at mathura road, near neelam chowk, faridabad.

i was astonished at the way the petrol pump employees talked and refused to fill up my fuel tank and asked me to get it filled at another machine.

is it so that threre is some malfunction setting in the machine which these guys use to dupe innocent customers.

why shud the licence of the petrolpump owner be not cancelled for not adhering to HP company guidelines.
