Irregular delivery

I am a LPG customer under Sujog Gas Agencies, Gopalpur, Cuttak having customer no605891.

For last 3 months the distributor has become irregular in delivering the cylinders,

causing a lot of difficulties to me. Secondly we are trying to book the order over phone for more than

half an hour and their phone is remaining busy. Our experience with the distributor is not satisfactory.

Today we've informed the area manager to look into the matter.

This is placed for public view and attention of HPCL.
