No proper customer service

Dear Sir,

I have faced a really bad experience from Siddivinayak Gas Service. I have booked a Gas 4 days back and they assure me of the delivery in 2 days, but till date I have not got the gas, I have only 1 cylinder as if now and I cannot effort to go for the purchase of the 2 nd one at this moment. The staff at the Andheri East, JB Nagar office were very rude and this is not the first time. As specially, I had a very bad encounter with Mr. Vaishnav, he used such an unpresentable words- He said that he is not concern about our problem whether we have gas or not, at this I felt so unaided about where to go for help and I felt that they don't care about the customers they are just bother about thier business and money, I have been trying to find a proper contact person where I can address my grievance to and find a long lasting solution from this agency.
