Non delivery and even not booking of gas sylinde

I am a customer of Hp gas but I am very sorry to say that your agent swastik handmade is providing very poor services. sir due to winter and increase in consumption my sylinder ends in 20 days and my family is facing a lot of problem from last one week. But your agent refused to give sylinder on 5.01.2010 after 25 days from last delivery, even he refused from booking. I am asking him for bookin from last one week but he says that as per direction of company booking will be made after 30 days from last delivery and sylinder will be given after 12 days from booking. He says that supply is not coming from plant. Sir, when he is giving suply to a normal consumer from 40 to 45 days from last delivery, then what he is doing with surplus suply . please make enquiry about it. Not only this the behaviour of the employees working in the agency is rediculious and disgusting. Please take some action against your agent to improve the services.
