I had booked a gas cylinder on 1st of october for delivery within 1 week but sadly the delivery was made on 26th of october. the delay caused me great inconvenience. There was no response even on my frequent persuasion with the dealer. They hardly pick up on calling!

This has become a regular problem!

Kindly take suitable action to see that this does not happen time and again.
