Htc wildfire s not working properly

This is guhan.

i bought HTC WILDFIRE S mobile on july.

In May touch panel was not working properly.

So i gave my handset to service in nungambakkam service center by may end.

After 10 days gap, they returned my mobile handset.

It was working fine on that day only.

But again now i'm facing the same issue.

Very very poor service by HTC..

When i asked them, there's no proper response from them.

worst service provided by HTC.

kindly help me to solve my issue.

where to give my mobile for service?

whom should i contact to resolve my issue?
