Thrid class after sales services

I have given htc s 710 hand set for repair, at Borivali Taipan authorised HTC centre, for 2 days and they are unable to find problem, the mere problem is the gap between keypad and mobile has enlarged, and they are not able to find simple problem, they keep on giving false promises, HTC is really good product untill and unless it gives problem, as the after services in INdia sply in Mumbai is very Poor, third calss, Come on Improve HTC, wake up!!!
