Fraud case

I am sandesh M Bhojane, I had online order Sandhi Sudha Oil from web site sandhi-sudha.co.in on date 12 Jan. I had received product them on date 17 Jan. I had make payment of rs 3150 to courier person. But when I open product i found that the had deliver me wrong product, the name of product of is sandhi Arogya. I ask them to refund my amount against wrong product provided to me. and they promise to refund it to me. They ask me to mail on skrefund@gmail.com and I had send with my account no. But I am trying to contact them on no which they had published on website 09897304484 they are cutting my phone. I want to register a complaint against this type of fraud.
