Payment default (cheque dishonored thrice)

Hydroair have dishonored cheques given to Amiantit an MNC into manufacturing of GRP pipes for 7.5 Lakhs 3 times even after repeated confirmation from their own personnel to encash the cheque. Therafter the own order given to them by UP Jalnigam was terminated and they inturn cancelled the order on Amiantit. But by then we had already manufactured their pipes on written confirmation before from Hydroair personnel and bearing the stock till date. This payment is stuck up for 2 months and more now and the inetrest cost on the same is 7500 - 8000 Rs per month. They are yet to give us the payment. Mr. H B Singh & Mrs. Singh who runs this company have been giving us assurances till date but to no avail. Before taking them to court for cheque dishonoring we thought to put an official complaint here.
