ICICI BANK (TAX SAVING BOND-022005-TSB-two)
Non receipt of maturity amount

I am holder of your (icici) tax saving bond 02TSB-two holder no.06469-806 (certificate no.29197 dated 05/05) deemed date 08/04 and redemption date 08/04 amount of each bond (issue price per bond Rs5000/-) maturity value of each bond Rs 6700/-total maturity value payable to me Rs 13400/- As I have retired from my services and now settled at my new residence as under:-

Bashir Ahmad Gorcoo, House No.156, Lane No.3, Botashah colony, Lalbazar, Srinagar, Kashmir, pin 190011.

I have also enquired from my old address about the proceeds of the payment cheque but they have not recieved or sent back to u sir. so i request the bank to immediately sent the cheque of the maturity amount (13400/-) to my new address as mentioned above.
