MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO LXI
Poor Painting (Manufacturing Defect)

I purchased the car Alto LXi from Maruti Suzuki in the year 2004 since on 15/04 I made a complaint for poor painting work, that there is a slight difference in the shades of different parts of my Yellow car, to their Authorised Service Station at Dattapada Road, Borivali (E), Mumbai -66 India. They have attended the same but unfortunately again on 13/07 I visited the same service station and explained to the Sr. Works Manager Raddier and Asst. Manager Mr. Dipesh Kavande they simply rejected the issue by saying that six years has been passed away so we can, t help you.
