IDEA PREPAID
Epeated disconnection of number and behaviour of customer care executives

I have took idea prepaid connection 2 months back and since from 2 months they have disconnected my number almost 4 times stating that, documents have submitted are inappropriate and upon that the customer executives behave very very rudely (as if they are the owners of the idea). Plea please take necessary actions.
