My customer no. is 909735. My complaint no. 7516968 dated 30-10-11 is pending till today. Most unfortunate fact is that Service Station people

Mr. Sanjay and Satinder are not responding to the telephone calls. I have been bringing this to the notice of your people at toll free no. Today I was given

no. of Ms. Gitanjali, who promised me to get back. Not answering a call or delaying service for such a long time without talking to customer is unethical and undesireable. This attracts violation of provisions of Consumer Act as also that of MRTP Act.

I will request you to immediately ensure service of my machine and take action against those who do not answer phone calls.
