Non Delivery of GAS booking

My gas agency is Jagan Enterprises located in madangir. They are not delivering our gas booking to us on time but they do not forget to submitt false report to the IOCL. because of which we are not able to cook food in our home because the gas finishes sometimes within 15 days, i don't know the reason and in our family we are only four people and a pet dog.

The online status shows that the refill has been delivered but we don't receive any.
