Not supplying extra cylinder - DBC

I am consumer no S-16780 by the name Smt Uma Chandra R/O Dwarika puri, Aligarh -U.P. took connection in 1999, trying hard to get second cylinder (DBC) for the last one year. Every time i am getting reply from Sainani gas agency, achal tal, Aligarh that cylinder is not available. My written complaint regarding not supplying cylinder by distributor is not received in office at centre point Aligarh. I was advised to contact Mr RA Khan and Mr Vikas sachdev but in spite of my best efforts i could not meet them as they never pick up Tel. No 0571-2405024 which is displayed in the office.
