Poor Service of Trimurti Gas Agency

We are having a Gas Connection vide No. 12349 with Trimurti Gas Agency, Vikas Puri, New Delhi.

The Company intentionally keeps its telephone engaged due to which a lot of incovenience is caused in booking the gas cylinder.

However, I have booked the gas cylinder on telephone No. 011-25611260 on 30.12. at 8.51 a.m., but till date the said cylinder has not been delvered. The aforesaid gas agency is giving poor service despite repeated requests.
