Defective cylindere and non compliance of emergency service

I am an indane lpg consumer in chennai (bhashyam gas agencies consumer no67551). i was supplied with a defective cylinder 3 months back. when i complained to the emergency no 04422263898 on 01.08.2010 there was no response. after 2 or 3 days it was set right by the supplying agency viz Bhashyam gas agencies. the same refil started leaking since today evening. i am trying the emergency no. 04422263898 for three hours, since 6pm today. but the number was not reachable. since the leakage was visible i disconnected the refil and kept it outside. this is the third emergency for me during the past one year and the response of INDANE is total indifference
