Non Delivery of booked gas cylinder even after one month of booking

I bear a consumer no.24799 have booked a Indane gas cylinder on 23-10 with my vendor M/S Mahabir Gas Agency, Saraidhela, Dhanbad. But even after expiry of more than one month the cylinder is not supplied to my residence due to reasons unknown to me. After inquiry, i came to know that the cylinder booked by me has been delivered to some one else who has not booked the same. Despite of my repeated requests the agency is neither bothered to supply of my booked cylinder nor he is agreed for a fresh booking. I am suffering from acute shortage of LPG gas due to neglegence of my vendor.
