Fraudily collecting Money without completing requested service

I called this company for repair service on my Kenstar Washing machine. After two days one service man came and cleaned up the terminals and told me that he cleaned up the terminals and the washer work. He did this service within five minutes and collected Rs. 330.00 and left. Then we tried to wash our clothes and found the washing machine is now completely dead. Before he came it was not spinning and now it is not at all working. I called the company on their 800 Number and they send another technician. Unfortunately when he arrived there was a power failure in our neighorhood and he could not do anything and he gave a phone number and advised me to call when the power comes on. Further we are calling that telephone number for several days and no one care to attend my service call
