Cylinder not Deliver at proper time

Aarti flames service is not satisfactory, they will not dispatch the cylinder at said time, my cylinder was empty on 24 jan i have called to aarti flames to book the cylinder they told me call after 29 jan if my cylinder was empty on 24jan, why i will wait for 29th jan, this is not the first time, they are not behaving and attending us properly. always says that their is shortage of cylinder, so many people is in the que??

if they have any function at home than they will arrange 50's of cylinder.

please take some action at the earliest
