GAS CONNECTION AND FALLS RESPONSES

Dear Sirs,

I would like to inform you that i have booked a connection for gas pipe line in my house on 01.02.2010... The reference no. of booking is IP 00003520...

While booked the connection i was told that IPL representative would visit within a week to my house...

But despite many reminders no body visited my house till date..

I am living on 3rd floor and 2nd floor owner already has the connection..

Its really surprising to hear such response from such a big and responsible company... Every time i call i was promised that this time someone will visit surely, But, its like a chocolate given to crying child...

We are amazed that in vast emerging economy of INDIA a popular company like Inderprasth Gas Limited give such responses...

I request you kindly please look in to the matter seriously to provide the solution...
