New Gas Connection non-allotment & Distridutor attitude

I have been trying to get new connection since 1 year from KASNA INDANE GAS SERVICE (Shop No.16 H Alpha-II, Greator Noida, P.No. : 9810594287, 0120-2852157). But I am unable to get new gas connection after such a long period. Every time I approached the agency they says currently New Connection is not available, New Connection Booking is stopped by IOCL and will be available by next 2 or 3 months later. After a wait of 2 or 3 months, when again I approached the same story get repeated. Their attitude is also rude. Their dealing with consumers is also very pathetic. I am facing a lot problem as I have to buy cylinder in black. In this cylinder neither I am getting full quantity of gas nor it is safer to use the cylinder. But any case I have to buy the cylinder to fulfill my necessity.

This is humble request to please support me by taking necessary action immediately so that new connection can be available to me and rest public without facing problems.
