Late delivery on gas cilinde

Dear sir, i want to complain about the gas cilinder booking & delivery. my client id is 13741. agency name-AASHTA AGENCY. (AMROLI) SURAT. I HAVE ONE CILINDER AND your delear says to me you are book your cilinder in 24 days and the date is count when your privious month clinder delivery date. he give me delivery on book date after 10 day. so i was in very problem.

SO DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSIBLE.
