Registered parcel is tampered, Original content missing from the Parcel

I have made a Registered parcel on 23-jan from Domlur Post office (560071) to Shahdol (MP). Parcel No (A RK043764915IN).

The Parcel was delivered on 30- jan. Parcel was tampered in such a manner when you look from outside you don't find any tampering.

but when we opened it we found that the content inside the envelop was totally different. All the original products which i have send, is not present in the parcel, all the items were replaced with some scraps things. when i contacted the respective post-master he asked me to do the same old thing to lodge a complaint, and we will look into the matter. and he was trying to make excuse from his end saying that this type of activities are done mostly in Northern part of country. I preferred to sent it through postal service since it is more safer than other private courier services, but i am proven wrong this time...:(

Please help me to find the original products and the culprits coz those items were very important to us.
