As per request of post master, IIT Powai (Mumbai) post office, I have submitted my Passbook for my PPF A/C No-29400121 on 17.09.2011 which was lost by post master. I am following up this issue since last one year with post master (IIT Powai, Mumbai Pin-400076 post office) but nothing has happened.

I have proof of letter in which i submitted my passbook but not received yet.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
