Dfitiency of service at Bangalore city station

The arrangement for buying platform tickets at Bangalore city Stn is totally unsatisfactory. The automatic vending machine is always chocked and non functional.at platform no 1 and no7.The counters meant for platform ticket are ineffitient and they can not cope up with the demand for platform tickets during rush hours..Result the visitors should be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes to get their platform tickets. Pl look into this complaint and take remedial action.
