We had ordered two rakhis to be gifted to a relative at Bhopal through Indiatimes Shopping on 19 Aug. The festval was on 24 Aug. The delivery was promised within three days. The order numbers were 112533028 and 112533041. Till date the items have not reached the destination. The website also proclaims on the site that the orders have been despatched awaiting confirmation.
A very sorry state of affairs and loss of faith in the portal which has a good reputation.
