Fake parcel received

I have placed order to indiatodaybookclub for rebok kit (having track suit mediam size, rebbok bag, rebbok towel, rebbok watch, rebbok lite speed shoes size 8) for Rs. 3199 160 postal charges.

when i deliver the vpp by paying cash in post office and unpack the parcel . it dosent contain the all aitem which mention above but it is in the invice with the parcel.

then i call to costomer care Mr. Ravindra Singh has talked with me and said that the remaining item will get to you within 15 days. but yet i dont recieved
