NON ADHERANCE TO OFFERS MADE ON PURCHASE

Made purchase from India today under book club in February.

Along with this purchase I was entitled to a free holiday & travel with their promotional partners Big City.

To avail this offer on visiting the ITBC site a unique promotional number is to be displayed. In my case this number was not being displayed.

Repeated phone calls (around 30) & e-mails resulted with no solution.

Finally when we complained that a consumer complain will be lodged they finally gave the unique number in the month of October. The number being Your Holiday Voucher no: ITBC6624

When we made the application to Big city as per the laid down format (November), there is no response from their end. Our reminders & e mails are not being replied to.

We do not what more we are supposed to do. I have already spent Rs 500 to 700 on phone calls already
