I, Jogendra Champawat one of the customer of M/s Marudhar Motors, Jodhpur Indica CS car which was bought on 20th Sept from.

Since then it has covered 18600 kms and in the process I got my services well in time. It was always attended upon by the same authorized service center for all types of services and repairs’ if any.

On 03rd Sept. 10 when I sent my car for oil change then it was told to me that the ball bearings on my rear wheels are malfunctioning and needs immediate attention. On further checking it was found that due to this both rear tyers of my car got damaged from inner side (Shows scratch marks).

I have spoken to Jodhpur, Jaipur authorities and could not get satisfactory revert on my quires. In fact they have replaced both the bearings due to warranty state and nature of defects. But my concern is that if they are aware that the bearings are defective (Manufacture defect) and needs replacement then why can’t the same measures applied for other items those got damaged due to this problem.

In this regard I need your intervene and would request you to take necessary corrective measure in term of replacement of both rear tyers.

I know the TATA group and I’m proud to be associated with it. I’m sure you will ensure high degree of integrity towards customers and will revert with positive response.
